Pirate Racing

Martin is 48 and from Warwick.  He has been trackdaying since July 2006 and competing in the HMRC Endurance since 2008. This year he hopes to try his hand in some sprint racing as well.

This is his third year racing, and he will be on a K7 GSXR750.

 44 year old Paul returned to the UK after a spell working in Germany earlier this year. Part of the reason for this return was to get into bike racing, having had a bike licence since 03 Paul dabbled with a few appearances in the 06 EMRA Roadstock championship, but since then a somewhat hectic life meant racing took a back seat.

This year Paul has been competing in the Thundersports Streetfighter series on his Honda Hornet, with a best result of 4th in Class at Brands Hatch, ending up 7th in the Championship.

When not either on or thinking about his bike Paul is into fitness and enjoys most sports, as well as a good night out.

Originally from Warwickshire, Paul is currently living in Bruntingthorpe, Leicestershire.

Trev is 44 and lives near Chipping Norton in Oxfordshire. 

Trev will act as Team Manager / Mechanic this year as well as reserve rider. 

Watch this space, as a second Pirate team may be in the offing at some rounds this year.

 
Gemma is 23, and lives near Chipping Norton. 

Gemma manages to combine Pit Board Operations with Race Day Team Manager duties and part-time photography.  An ever present team member.

Simon is 48 and lives in Dudley.  A long-term ex-Biker, Simon has now bought a road 675 and a track YZF 750.  Not long until he heads for the race scene we reckon.

Simon is our full-time Marshal - for which we are very grateful.
